What is POSSIBLE?

​

POSSIBLE is a program that supports women with migration experience in Berlin individually and free of charge on their way into the labor market. No matter whether you want to start a new apprenticeship, become self-employed or find a job – we will help you discover your strengths and find the right path for you.

Our offers


We know that every woman has different needs. That is why we offer two programs that provide you with targeted support:

​

1. Empowerment Lab – Your intensive career training
A comprehensive program with 20 interactive workshops in which you:

  • ​Strengthen your intercultural skills

  • Develop your professional profile

  • Develop application strategies

  • Improve your German language skills for your job

  • Find solutions for balancing family and career

2. Coaching groups and workshops – exchange and individual support

You can participate in our topic-specific coaching groups either as a supplement or as a stand-alone offer. Here you will receive valuable tips on job applications, career entry, self-employment and more – in a practical and supportive environment. These workshops are also offered in English and German.
